A New Jersey man faces the possibility of 18 months in jail for allegedly wiping his behind with a police summons and then throwing the document back at the cop.
The incident happened back in June but the indictment charging 45-year-old Joseph Greenwood with a fourth-degree felony charge subjecting a police officer to 'contact with a bodily fluid' was only filed last week.
According to the document, Lieutenant John Insabella gave Greenwood a summons related to a unrelated charge on June 2 when the Readington man grabbed the document and placed it 'between his butt cheeks' where he proceeded to wipe 'the paper in an upward and downward motion'.
